When life feels too messy to fix

Let's talk about the messy things

For many years I worked very hard to make my life appear as a seamless series of perfectly coordinated movements.

This of course resulted in the highest level of stress - I hit a breaking point. I could not hold these expectations anymore. ,I was a mess. Life felt too messy to fix.

My way of thinking and living was absolutely exhausting.

I nearly killed myself trying to be the perfect mother, wife, nurse and friend.  I was miserable and simply couldn’t do it anymore… but I couldn’t see any way out.

It got bad for me.

Juggling my own expectations seemed impossible! I had these unreal ideas as to what and who I was supposed to be to everyone, well everyone but myself.

I won't go into all the details here in this post, but please know, I've been in the dark too. Life IS messy and we are here to figure it out.

I'm here to help you through whatever it is in your way.

Let's work together to embrace your struggles. Let's unpack your challenges and let me help you emerge as a happy and whole person.

Will I ever feel balanced again?

Yes - you will! I believe we all have the wisdom and “medicine” we need inside of us.  It just takes a caring loving nurse/coach like myself to help you dig through the muck to get that balance back.

For many of us we have piled on a life of responsibility and busy-ness which has caused us to bury our internal wisdom.

Many of us have convinced ourselves to ignore what our gut is telling us.  And believe you me, having been in the medical field for 30+ years, I have seen it all.

Suppressing emotions and "gut feelings" does indeed come with a price.

I use my certificates, wisdom, and all my love to hep you and your family on your journey - no matter what the "mess" is - I'm here for you.

Don't try to figure it out alone.

Don't feel like you have to do anything alone.

Book your connection call with me now. Let me be that momma that holds and guides you through what feels too messy to fix.
